Many people forget what they want to ask; feel free to write down any questions and, if necessary, contact us after the appointment if they feel they have forgotten something important. Likewise if you would like a copy of the letter to your GP, or a written summary of instructions (eg for drug doses), please ask. Our department is not like that below!
